As a Member Service Representative, your responsibilities would include helping our Members access and understand their health care benefits.

Graphics Specialist

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our Corporate Communications and Marketing team to complete various design and production projects that serve to enhance the identity of the Community First brand and communicate effectively with our Members, Providers, and our community as a whole. Responsibilities include the creative direction and technical assistance of various internal and external collateral and publications across all mediums, including print, digital, and video projects.

Marketing Representative

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for individuals who have a passion for driving brand awareness through marketing initiatives that include telephonic, on-site, face-to-face, digital, and online interactions. As a member of our Corporate Communications and Marketing team, the Marketing Representative will educate the community about all things Community First, including our product lines, services, benefits, mission, and goals, and act as a liaison between Community First and the community we serve.

provider Relations Representative

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for individuals to serve as a primary liaison between Community First and our valued network of health plan participants, including physicians, providers, and administrators. Responsibilities include building and nurture positive relationships with Community First Providers through orientations, training, and regular engagement by phone and in-person.

Senior Executive Assistant

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for a skilled and efficient individual to provide administrative support and office management assistance to one or more senior members of our Executive Staff. Responsibilities include professional interaction with both employees at all levels of the organization and external forces, including public officials and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate would independently perform office management functions and assure the prompt performance of all duties with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality.

Provider operations coordinator

Community First Health Plans is currently searching for an experienced individual dedicated to improving the efficiency of our Provider network through recruitment, contract management, training, audits, and resolution and trending of Provider issues. The ideal candidate would serve as a lead in network development initiatives, communicating regularly with our valued Providers and leadership, so that we can facilitate a better overall Provider and Member experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

General Counsel Director, Compliance and Risk Management

Community First Health Plans is searching for an experienced, licensed attorney who will work to ensure that Community First is in compliance with governmental regulations and major commercial and governmental contracts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regulations from Texas Medicaid, Texas Department of Health and Human Services, and Texas Department of Insurance. Responsibilities will include coordinating governmental filings for new product and business line development projects, providing counsel on legal matters, and interpreting governmental regulations and statutes while providing oversight.
